Google is working on Nexus S successor and expected to be called as Nexus 4G. BGR revealed some specs about the Google Nexus 4G that it has 4G LTE radio, 1GB of RAM, a 1-megapixel front-facing camera, and a 5-megapixel rear camera along with a dual-core processor – either 1.2GHz or 1.5GHz.
If we talk about Nexus 4G display then it said to be 720p HD 'Monster-sized' display along with 1080p HD video recording and it is expected to be the first device available with Android 4.0 or "Ice Cream Sandwich".
It's also been rumored that Google is targeting Thanksgiving for Nexus 4G release. Now, all eyes are waiting to see this rumored Google Nexus 4G device.
