Microsoft Launches Windows Phone 7.5 in India

HTC Radar-Windows Phone 7.5

Microsoft India launched its latest version windows phone operating system –Windows Phone 7.5 Mango.

The HTC Radar is the first Mango device which will be available in India from as early as next week, and will be followed by the Samsung Omnia W and the Acer Allegro in November.

The Radar will be priced at Rs23,990 ($485) in India, and for that you get a 3.8-inch WVGA SLCD display, a 1GHz single-core processor, 512MB of RAM, a 5-megapixel rear-facing camera, a front-facing VGA camera, and 8GB of internal storage.

Microsoft India's chairman Bhaskar Pramanik also told that the companies like Acer and Nokia would launch their handsets based on Windows Phone 7.5 in the Indian market.
