Google announced that they are gradually rolling out a more functional and flexible version of Google+. The UI has been greatly streamlined with a customizable ribbon of shortcuts on the left and your buddy list moved to the right.
Google+ offers profile pages that will include bigger photos, and feature a chat list that puts friends front and center on your page and added a dedicated Hangouts page that shows Hangouts that are happening in your circles. You also get an easy access to public and On Air hangout, and a rotating billboard of popular hangouts, pro tips and other items you don’t want to miss.
