Skype for Windows Phone sheds beta tag and updated to version 1.0. The new update, released by Microsoft adds contact searching, landline calling and other minor improvements.
However, this app doesn’t support no background functionality -- if the app isn't running, your phone isn't ringing.
To use the Skype 1.0 you will need to have a smartphone running Windows Phone 7.5 ("Mango") or above.

Skype for Windows Phone is available in 18 languages: English, Danish, Dutch, Finnish, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Norwegian, Polish, European Portuguese, Brazilian Portuguese, Russian, Simplified Chinese, Spanish, Swedish, and Traditional Chinese.
