Mouse Computer Japan to launch its first Tegra 250, Android 2.2 tablet called LuvPad AD100. It is schedule to arrive in Japan later this month, the LuvPad comes with a Nvidia Tegra 250 Chipset, a 10” LED backlight Touchscreen with 1024×600 resolution, 512MB of DDR2 RAM, 8GB of internal memory and a Wi-Fi b/g antenna for 760g.
