Today, Orange announced that it will launch a new high-performance Android smartphone powered by Intel Atom Z2460 1.6GHz processor codenamed "Orange Santa Clara" in Europe this summer. The Orange smartphone will run Android 2.3 Gingerbread but promising ICS upgrade shortly after launch. It has a 4.03-inch display, 8MP camera, 16 GB of memory and weighs in at 117g.
The phone will first be available exclusively to Orange customers in the UK and France, where its commercial name will be unveiled at launch.
