What a match between Apple Vs Samsung!! First, Apple filed the case against Samsung over their Smartphone's resemblance now Samsung strikes back --filing 10 patent infringement claims against Apple--five in South Korea, two in Japan and 3 in Germany.
Samsung said “Samsung is responding actively to the legal action taken against us in order to protect our intellectual property and to ensure our continued innovation and growth in the mobile communications business.” Looks very similar to what Apple said after filing lawsuit against Samsung.
Now it’s Apple turn we just sit back and enjoy the contest between these two.
