Apple released the updated preview 2 of Mac OS X 10.7 Lion for selected testers or developers and Xcode 4.1 Preview 4 which is also up for grab on Apple’s servers.
The 1.17GB software updates available for those testing Mac OS X includes the following new features:-
- New downloads menu in Safari
- New iChat bubbles
- New way to delete apps in the Launchpad
- Cleaner control bars
So far, there are no details on what’s new in Xcode 4.1 Preview 4, but we can assume it was released primarily with the purpose of adding compatibility with the new version of Lion.
