MacRumors reported that Apple is the owner of applepico.com domain and for a number of years, this domain is managed and control by MarkMonitor, Global Leader in Enterprise Brand Protection.
Interesting to note that this domain name is recently updated and in April, Apple patent application revealed that the company is working on hybrid projection systems which could be used in various devices including the MacBook. So, it might have some connection in between but right now it’s too quick to comment on this but in future we definitely going to see some development from Apple.
