Sprint announced today a new program with WMC Global called Place Your Ad, which will give developers the opportunity to secure feature placement for their applications.
Through Place Your Ad, developers can submit bids to obtain prominent placement to market their application in the Sprint Zone and the Sprint Tab in the Android Market. Place Your Ad allows developers to control where and when their app is featured in Sprint Zone or the Sprint Tab and how much they want to offer for this placement. Place Your Ad will initially be offered in Sprint Zone and the Sprint Tab with plans to offer additional opportunities.
