The detailed specification of Microsoft's 7-inch tablet named Xbox Surface has leaked online. According to leaked spec sheet – the new tablet features 7-inch display with 1280x720px resolution, SD card slot, WiFi, and Bluetooth. The tablet device also joined by a new stationary device, supporting full Direct3D 11 support, 5GB RAM, 3.1GHz processor, 4 USB 3.0 ports, 250 GB disk drive, HDMI port and more.
