Starting July 15th, Motorola ATRIX HD will be available from AT&T for $99.99 with a two year contract. The ATRIX HD powered by dual-core 1.5GHz processor runs Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich features a 4.5-inch, 1280x720 HD ColorBoost display, 1GB of RAM, an 8MP camera with flash, 8GB internal memory, WiFi, Bluetooth, microHDMI, support for AT&T's HSPA/LTE networks and will available in both Modern White and Titanium colors.
