Verizon Wireless and Nokia announced the upcoming availability of Windows Phone 8 smartphone - Nokia Lumia 822. The Lumia 822 is the customized version of Nokia Lumia 820 features 4.3-inch WVGA screen (800x480), 1.5GHz dual-core Snapdragon S4, an 8-megapixel rear-camera with Carl Zeiss optics and 1.2-megapixel HD front cam. It also includes 1GB of RAM, 1800mAh battery, Bluetooth 3.0, Near Field Communication (NFC), Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, supports Verizon's CDMA 3G and LTE 4G networks and will be available this fall for $99.99 with a new two-year contract.
