Dell Thunder Prototype- Previewed

Dell Thunder

Engadget managed to get hold of a couple of prototypes of the Dell Thunder smartphone . According to the guys over at Engadget, who came up with the video preview, the phone packs global HSPA, AWS, which means that T-Mobile might get it.

The new Dell Thunder will be equipped with a 1 GHz Snapdragon processor with Qualcomm Adreno graphics (maybe the same as the Nexus One), 4.1-inch touch-screen display, 512 MB RAM, 512 MB ROM, 8 megapixel camera with LED flash, and maybe a front-facing VGA camera.

It seems that there are two different Dell Thunder prototype units at large, each with its own screen resolution, namely 800 x 480 pixels and 1,280 x 768 pixels, respectively. It also includes  a 3.5mm headset jack, micro-USB port, a 1,400mAh battery, and a microSD memory card slot.

To get the full run down along with a quick video preview of the Dell Thunder, check out Engadget who managed to get an exclusive on a couple of smartphones.
