Unlike twitter and facebook, Google+ doesn’t offer any username, instead uses a long string of numbers (for eg 12111111111111111), making it more difficult to share your Google+ profile with your friends. So here is web service called gplus.to which make your lengthy profile name shortened and to make it look like http://gplus.to/username
To get started all you need to choose username (of your own choice) and enter Profile ID (eg:111111111111111111111111111) not complete URL.
Now you can share your Google+ profile easily using your shortname added with gplus.to.
