BlueStacks App Player hits Beta, runs Android Apps in Windows

After 3-month of alpha testing, BlueStacks released the beta-1 version of their App Player which can virtually run over 450K Android Apps in windowed or full screen mode on Windows XP, Vista and Windows 7.

The beta-1 version also includes the LayerLake enables apps written for ARM processors like Angry Birds and Fruit Ninja to run seamlessly on x86-based PC and with hardware graphics acceleration.
