Aimed for Chinese market, Sony Xperia neo L (MT25i) follow up to the popular Xperia neo and Xperia neo V will be available in China in the second quarter of 2012. China-specific smartphone Xperia neo L boast a 4-inch capacitive touch screen display, a 1 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon with Adreno 205 graphics processor, a 1 GB internal phone storage (up to 301 MB user free memory), 512 MB RAM and running Android 4.0.3 (Ice Cream Sandwich).
Other specs includes a 5.1 MP rear camera, VGA front-facing camera, a microSD slot (up to 32GB), Xperia Timescape, PlayNow service, Bluetooth and will be available in glossy black and glossy white colours.
