Sony has already confirmed April 10th official launch date for Sony Xperia S but those who can't wait, can pre-order Gingerbread smartphone available in white and black through Flipkart for Rs 32,549 (~$636). Flipkart is also giving away free two NFC smart tags as well as a car charger with the smartphone, while Sony stores will be giving out a car charger, leather case, HDMI cable and two NFC Smart tags for a limited time.
Sony Xperia S features a 1.5GHz dual-core Qualcomm processor, a 4.3-inch display, a 12.1 MP camera at the back with HD video recording at 1080p, a 1.3 MP front-facing camera with 720p video recording and will run on the Android 2.3 but you can expect Android 4.0 ICS update coming later this year, as promised by Sony.
