Google has rolled out Google+ SMS feature to 43 countries including India, enabled users to receive notifications and reply to them all via SMS.
How to Update Google+ status via SMS?
You will first have to register your mobile number with their Google+ account and set it to receive push notifications. This can be done via settings page.
Google setting > click Add phone number > enter your Phone number and click Send verification code > enter 6 digit PIN number you’ve received via SMS to verify your phone number.
Once done, you can send a message to the Google+ number in your country with your message. You'll get notifications via SMS as well and you'll be able to reply to them. Hit the source link below to check the list of supported countries and carriers.
