Microsoft has revealed the packaging for Windows 8 Pro, which will come in five different versions, each with its own unique and vibrant illustration.
The online retailer Newegg opened up its pre-orders revealing the price for various versions of Windows 8. Take a look:- Windows 8 Professional Upgrade – $69
- Windows 8 Pro Pack – $69, product key card only
- Windows 8 OEM -$99 (32 or 64 bit)
- Windows 8 Professional – $139 (32 or 64 bit)
However, if you want to wait until October 26th you will be able to upgrade online for just $39.99 USD. Anyone who purchase (or have purchased) a Windows 7 PC anytime in between June 2, 2012 and January 13, 2013 will be able to upgrade to Windows 8 Pro for only $14.99 USD.
