India launches Aakash not Sakshat,cheapest Tablet PC

Most awaited, India’s low cost tablet is finally here. It is the much talked $35 tablet which has been branded as Aakash not Sakshat. It is an Ubislate from Datawind 7, has 7-inch screen 800 x 480 resistive touchscreen, powered by 322MHz Connexant CPU, 256MB of RAM and 2GB of storage (expandable via microSD upto 32GB) running Froyo and it costs Rs 2,999.
