Previously announced at AT&T’s Developer Summit leading up to the International CES earlier this month, the Samsung Galaxy Note arrives in carbon blue and ceramic white at AT&T stores beginning February 19th for $299.99 with a two-year agreement. Those who are excited to get their hands on this device even earlier can pre-order beginning Sunday, February 5th for delivery by February 17th.
