Sony announced that those who placed pre-orders of PS Vita First Edition Bundle, will receive 250MB of data from AT&T and a PlayStation Network (PSN) game (as soon as you activate the 3G on the device) along with promised PS Vita 3G/Wi-Fi hardware, a limited edition case, a 4GB PS Vita Memory Card and Little Deviants game. Furthermore, those who buying a PS Vita on a launch date will get the same free goodies - an AT&T DataConnect Pass and PSN game, plus an 8GB memory card for $299.
