HP announces ENVY 23, ENVY 20, SpectreONE and Pavilion 20 all-in-one PC

HP today announced four new consumer all-in-one (AiO) PCs, including two additions to the HP ENVY line.

  • The new HP ENVY 23 and ENVY 20 TouchSmart AiO PCs, offering 10-point multitouch technology and beautifully simple designs.
  • The incredibly thin and stunningly elegant HP SpectreONE is the first AiO PC to join the premium HP Spectre product family.
  • The new HP Pavilion 20 is a powerful non-touch AiO PC built for value-conscious consumers.

HP has built on its expertise with enhanced HP TouchSmart technology to make working, playing and staying connected as easy as a tap here or a swipe there. HP today revealed a redesigned consumer notebook PC portfolio that enhances the user experience with sleek looks and the latest technologies.With updates across the HP Pavilion line, the new notebooks draw inspiration from culture, art and fashion, and build on HP's MUSE (materials, usability, sensory appeal and experience) design philosophy.

HP TouchPad coming to US on July 1st

HP today announced that the Wi-Fi version of HP TouchPad will be available in the United States on July 1.

HP's first webOS tablet will be available in the United Kingdom, Ireland, France and Germany a few days later and in Canada in mid-July, with availability scheduled to follow later this year in Italy and Spain, as well as in Australia, Hong Kong, New Zealand and Singapore.

HP TouchPad will be available from U.S. retailers, commercial resellers and direct from HP with the option of either 16 GB or 32 GB of internal storagefor $499.99 and $599.99, respectively.

Preorders in North America and Europe will begin June 19.

Optional accessories for HP TouchPad include the HP Touchstone Charging Dock, the HP TouchPad Wireless Keyboard and the HP TouchPad Case (sold separately).

HP also announced it will be partnering with AT&T to introduce a connected version of HP TouchPad later this summer.

U.S. retailers and commercial resellers for HP TouchPad will include Best Buy, Staples, Office Depot, Walmart, Sam's Club, OfficeMax, Amazon.com, Fry's, Microcenter, other leading local and regional retailers, and HP's online stores.

HP today announced the HP Slate 2 Tablet PC and the HP 3115m notebook. The HP Slate 2 Tablet PC features an 8.9-inch diagonal capacitive multitouch display for touch and pen input plus includes a new Swype keyboard, comes with an Intel Atom Z670 processor with mSATA SSM technology to deliver faster boot times, improved battery life of up to six hours.

Additional hardware and software enhancements to the HP Slate 2 Tablet PC's security and experience include:

HP's most powerful mobile workstation, the HP EliteBook 8760w offers a 17.3-inch diagonal, high-definition (HD) screen, a choice of high-performing AMD FirePro or NVIDIA Quadro professional graphics and up to 4 gigabytes (GB) of video memory. The EliteBook 8760w also can be configured with three hard drives and RAID 5 support – a first for HP mobile workstations.

The HP EliteBook 8560w features a15.6-inch diagonal HD display and supports AMD FirePro graphics for 1 GB of video memory or NVIDIA Quadro graphics for 2 GB of video memory. The optional HP DreamColor display on the EliteBook 8560w and 8760w also allows for more than 1 billion active color possibilities.

HP's smallest and lightest mobile workstation, the HP EliteBook 8460w, starts at only 4.9 pounds and includes a 14.0-inch diagonal HD panel, in addition to an AMD FirePro 1 GB video memory professional graphics card for true on-the-road video performance.

The HP EliteBook 8760w, 8560w and 8460w start at $1,899, $1,349 and $1,299 respectively, and are expected to be available in the United States in May.

HP introduced HP Photosmart eStation and ENVY 100

  HP introduced two content devices designed to serve the access and print needs of digitally connected consumers. In addition, the company has simplified the print experience from mobile devices by offering HP ePrint on all new HP Photosmart devices as well as direct printing from Apple iPad, iPod touch and iPhone devices with iOS 4.2.

HP introduces the ProBook 5330m, EliteBook 2560p and EliteBook 2760p tablet

HP today unveils the ProBook 5330m, EliteBook 2560p and EliteBook 2760p tablet. HP ProBook 5330m powered with Intel Core i5 and i3 dual-core processors, measures less than 1-inch thick, weighs 3.9 pounds and a 13.3-inch diagonal HD screen for exceptional portability. It also includes a backlit keyboard, Fingerprint Sensor and TPM for enhanced hardware-based data security.

The next is HP EliteBook 2560p which is powered by second-generation Intel Core i7 or i5 dual- core processors, Intel Turbo Boost Technology 2.0 and vPro technology includes lightweight 12.5-inch diagonal LED-backlit HD, 16-inch x 9-inch display, and an integrated optical drive.
