
IDrive (who offer 5GB of free cloud storage) released a new free app called IDrive Connect for Google Docs which allows users to access their Google Docs as if they were resting in a folder on their PC. This app enable drag-and-drop functionality to easily upload and download files within Windows explorer, automatically convert popular document types to Google Docs format and share files and folders directly within IDrive Connect.
You can also save your Google Docs to an existing IDrive account, which offers up to 5GB of backup/storage for free of charge.
